I-Sec is a proprietary industrial scale insect protein processing technology. Thai Ento Food has committed to several research projects with Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation and Naresuan University aiming to develop I-Sec Technology, a scalable and zero-waste insect protein processing technology with high efficiency and less labor dependence. I-Sec is customizable to produce insect protein products according to customers’ needs. It is also highly applicable to other insect species.
